
Dr. Nassos is an accomplished orthopaedic surgeon specializing surgical and non-surgical treatment of musculoskeletal disorders and injuries, including arthroscopic surgery, joint replacement, and orthopaedic trauma. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, his M.D. from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine, and completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at Loyola University Medical Center. Following residency, he completed an orthopaedic sports medicine fellowship at a prestigious Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic in Los Angeles, California. Dr. Nassos is the CEO and Attending Physician at Nassos Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine in Los Angeles. He has received numerous awards, including the Excellence in Research Award from Loyola University and the OTA Resident Scholarship. He has authored multiple publications in esteemed medical journals and presented his research at various national and international conferences. He is an active member of several professional organizations, such as the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine. Additionally, Dr. Nassos has held roles as an orthopaedic consultant for sports teams, including the Los Angeles Lakers and Chicago Rush Arena Football Team.
