Charles Sadler, MD

Dr. Charles Sadler is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and Qualified Medical Evaluator with more than four decades of experience in clinical practice, surgery, and medicolegal evaluations. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Baylor College of Medicine and went on to complete an orthopedic surgery residency at Baylor, followed by advanced fellowship training in spinal disorders at the Oswestry Institute of Orthopedics, University of Birmingham, England, and a dedicated lumbar spine fellowship with Dr. Leon Wiltse in Long Beach, California.

Since 1981, Dr. Sadler has been licensed to practice medicine in California and has been a Qualified Medical Evaluator since 1991. He also serves as an AME and brings extensive experience conducting IME and SIBTF assessments, with a focus on complex orthopedic and spinal conditions.

In addition to his clinical and evaluation work, Dr. Sadler has served as Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthopedics at the University of Southern California, a consultant in spinal surgery at Rancho Los Amigos Hospital, and a lecturer in engineering at California State University, Northridge. Dr. Sadler continues to provide thorough, evidence-based, and impartial orthopedic evaluations for attorneys, employers, and patients navigating the workers’ compensation and medicolegal systems.
