David Mansour, MD

Dr. David Mansour is a board-certified internal medicine physician and Qualified Medical Evaluator with a diverse background spanning outpatient, hospital, urgent care, and occupational medicine. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Michigan State University, along with a Master of Public Health and a Physicians Executive MBA, bringing both clinical expertise and administrative insight to his practice.

Dr. Mansour currently provides primary care services in El Cajon and hospital medicine at UC San Diego, caring for patients across a wide spectrum of medical needs. His prior experience includes occupational health and urgent care, where he gained extensive knowledge in workplace injuries and functional medicine. Multilingual in English and Arabic, he is able to connect with and support diverse patient populations.

Through Sharp Medical Evaluators, Dr. Mansour performs Qualified Medical Evaluations and is available for SIBTF, IME, and AME Evaluations. His comprehensive clinical background, combined with his attention to detail and evidence-based approach, ensures clear, reliable, and impartial assessments in complex medicolegal cases.
