Dean Rider, MD

Dr. Dean Rider is a highly experienced and board-certified physician specializing in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He completed his medical degree at the University of Chicago in 1978, followed by a residency at St. Mary’s Medical Center from 1978 to 1981. Dr. Rider further honed his expertise through fellowships in Gastroenterology at both VA Martinez and the University of Chicago.

Dr. Rider has been certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine since 1983 and the American Board of Gastroenterology since 1985. He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and the American College of Gastroenterology, and a member of the American Gastroenterology Association.

With over 40 years of private practice, Dr. Rider provides comprehensive care in internal medicine and gastroenterology, utilizing his excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making abilities.
