Description
Dr. Frank Lin is a board-certified neurologist and sleep medicine specialist with more than two decades of clinical, academic, and research experience. He earned his medical degree from the University of Southern California (USC) School of Medicine followed by residency training in Neurology at LAC+USC Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident. He then completed fellowships in Clinical Neurophysiology and Sleep Medicine through USC and the Veterans Affairs Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System.
Dr. Lin is an Assistant Professor of Neurology at USC and has long served as an attending physician at LA General Medical Center, with additional clinical leadership roles at Neuro Industrial Medical Group and MLK Medical Center. His areas of expertise include neuromuscular disorders, EMG/EEG interpretation, sleep medicine, and neurological injury evaluation. He is also the author of SOAP for Neurology, a widely used review text for medical trainees.
Through Sharp Medical Evaluators, Dr. Lin performs QMEs and brings extensive experience conducting IME, AME, and SIBTF assessments. His combination of academic expertise, research depth, and clinical practice ensures comprehensive, evidence-based, and impartial evaluations in complex medicolegal cases.
