Description
Dr. Natalie Kim-Orden is a board-certified otolaryngologist with extensive training in head and neck surgery and a strong background in academic medicine and clinical research. She earned her B.A. in Neuroscience from Northwestern University and her M.D. from Tulane University School of Medicine. She went on to complete residency training in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Southern California, where she served in leadership roles and was recognized for her academic excellence.
Dr. Kim-Orden has held physician appointments with Kaiser Permanente and the Martin Luther King Jr. Outpatient Center in Los Angeles, providing comprehensive otolaryngology care. She has been actively engaged in quality improvement initiatives, resident education, and hospital-wide training programs, including airway management for tracheostomy and laryngectomy patients.
Her research contributions span dermatology, allergy, rhinology, and oncology, with numerous peer-reviewed publications and book chapters. Fluent in English, with conversational proficiency in Spanish and Korean, she is able to connect with diverse patient populations.
Dr. Kim-Orden also has experience performing SIBTF evaluations, as well as AME and IME assessments, providing evidence-based, impartial opinions in complex cases. Her blend of surgical expertise, academic rigor, and clinical leadership ensures accurate and reliable evaluations for attorneys and their clients.
