Natasha C. Mehta, MD is a board-certified physician specializing in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Brain Injury Medicine, with additional certification in Lifestyle Medicine. She is committed to evidence-based care that focuses on restoring function, improving quality of life, and addressing the full impact of injury on a patient’s physical and neurological health.
Dr. Mehta earned her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition from The Ohio State University and received her medical degree from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. She completed her PM&R residency at Rutgers-NJMS/Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation, followed by a fellowship in Brain Injury Medicine at the University of Washington. Her training includes advanced experience in neuro-rehabilitation, spasticity management, and interventional techniques.
In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Mehta is a Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME), providing objective, thorough medical-legal evaluations in workers’ compensation matters. Her evaluations are grounded in clinical expertise, careful analysis, and clear medical reasoning to support well-documented, defensible conclusions.
