Nickul S Jain, MD

Dr. Nick Jain is a fellowship-trained, board-certified orthopaedic spine surgeon and Qualified Medical Evaluator. He earned his Bachelor of Science with honors in Biological Sciences from Stanford University and his Doctor of Medicine with distinction in research from the University of California, Irvine School of Medicine. He completed residency training in Orthopaedic Surgery at UC Irvine, followed by advanced fellowship training in combined Orthopaedic and Neurosurgical Spine Surgery at the University of Southern California Spine Center.

Dr. Jain is the Medical Director of Spine Surgery at Adventist Health Bakersfield Hospital and maintains a surgical practice at DISC Sports and Spine Center in Newport Beach and at Adventist Health in Bakersfield. His clinical expertise includes minimally invasive spine surgery, cervical and lumbar disc replacement, spinal deformity correction, and complex reconstructive procedures. He has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals, authored book chapters on advanced spine surgery techniques, and presented research nationally and internationally.

Through Sharp Medical Evaluators, Dr. Jain performs Qualified Medical Evaluations and brings additional experience conducting IME and AME Evaluations. His blend of surgical expertise, academic involvement, and medicolegal experience ensures clear, detailed, and evidence-based assessments for attorneys and their clients.
