Tara Meskowsky, Psy.D

Dr. Tara Meskowsky is a licensed clinical psychologist and Qualified Medical Evaluator with expertise in neuropsychological assessment, behavioral health, and applied neuroscience. She earned her Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology from California Southern University, graduating with a 4.0 GPA, and holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University.

Dr. Meskowsky is Board Certified in Neurofeedback and has advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), biofeedback, and EEG neurofeedback. Her clinical background includes extensive work with developmental disabilities, autism, traumatic brain injury, and psychiatric conditions. She has held roles as Clinical Director and Program Manager at Behavior Evaluation and Systematic Treatment, and as a licensed psychologist at Valley Psychological Center in Roseville, California.

Her therapeutic expertise spans cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused CBT, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), EMDR, mindfulness training, and integrative neurofeedback approaches. She has also served as a crisis counselor and maintains an active role in community-based behavioral health initiatives.
