Dr. Andrew Seltzer is a double board-certified Anesthesiologist and Pain Management Specialist with extensive experience in interventional pain treatments. He currently serves as the Medical Director for Synovation Medical Group’s Pasadena and Reseda locations, providing patient-centered care and innovative solutions for managing spine and joint pain.

Dr. Seltzer earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of California, San Diego, after completing a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences (Cum Laude) from UC Irvine. His advanced training includes a Pain Management fellowship at UCLA and an Anesthesiology residency at the University of Washington.

Certified as a Qualified Medical Examiner in 2023, Dr. Seltzer has significant experience in QME/AME evaluations and utilization review. He is also affiliated with California Medical Evaluators and CorVel Corporation, offering expertise in telemedicine and physician-based medical management.

Dr. Seltzer is a member of the California Society of Interventional Pain Physicians and holds licenses from the Medical Board of California, Federal DEA Registration, and a Fluoroscopy Supervisor Permit.
