Dr. Scott Small is a pain medicine and anesthesiology specialist with extensive experience in managing chronic pain. His Pain Medicine practice has perfectly positioned him as a QME by allowing him to gain first-hand expertise in the many facets associated with workers compensation cases. Dr. Small completed his doctorate with honors at Western University of Health Sciences in Sothern California and completed his fellowship in Pain Medicine at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center in San Antonio. Dr. Small works as and has served as a general anesthesiologist since 2011. His expertise includes advanced interventional pain management techniques, such as spinal cord stimulation and intrathecal pump placement, as well as proficiency in ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve blocks and completed medication management.
