Tanya Mesirow, Psy.D

Tanya Mesirow, Psy.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist with over 25 years of experience in psychological and neuropsychological assessment, consultation, and treatment. She earned her Psy.D. and M.A. in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology in Alameda, following a B.A. in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Licensed by the California Board of Psychology since 2000 and a Qualified Medical Evaluator with the Division of Workers’ Compensation since 2013, Dr. Mesirow has extensive expertise in forensic, clinical, and medical-legal evaluations. Her practice focuses on neuropsychological and psychological assessment for adults and children, with experience spanning private practice, hospital settings, and forensic consultations.

Over her career, Dr. Mesirow has served as a consulting psychologist and neuropsychologist for multiple organizations. Her clinical work includes comprehensive evaluations for conditions such as traumatic brain injury, post-traumatic stress disorder, depressive and anxiety disorders, and other neurological and psychological conditions.

Dr. Mesirow continues to provide independent medical evaluations, forensic assessments, and psychological consultations throughout California.

Through Sharp Medical Evaluators, Dr. Mesirow performs QME, IME and SIBTF evaluations, providing concise, objective, and data-driven psychological assessments to support attorneys, patients, and employers in the med-legal system.
